You are invited to register and attend a free one-day conference on butterflies, moths and conservation at Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC) on the Lancaster University Campus just south of Lancaster on Saturday 26 October 2024.
There is a full programme of speakers from within and outside the university with opportunities for questions and discussions.
Latest research
The highlight will be presentations from students on their latest undergraduate, masters and doctorate research on butterflies, moths and conservation in the north west.
There are state of the art facilities in a 200-seat lecture theatre with space for discussions, networking, displays, second-hand book sales and refreshments.

Free parking and entrance
Parking and entrance is free but you may wish to purchase refreshment or bring your own food and drink. Please check in at the desk in the Atrium between 9.00 and 9.30. There will be mid-morning, lunch and mid-afternoon breaks. The conference will close at 16.30.
NOTE: Hot drinks are NOT provided this year but you will be able to make your own! You could also grab a coffee from a University Café, and soft drinks, snacks and biscuits will be available.
